These Terms govern your use of the website at hexwerx.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; interfere with its operation or security; scrape, overload, or disrupt it; or use it to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

The Site and its content, including text, design, and the HexWerx name and logo, are owned by HexWerx, LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view the Site for your own informational use. No other license is granted, and you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse the content or marks without written permission.

0x04Inquiries are not a contract

The Site presents HexWerx's capabilities and invites you to request an Automation Value Audit. Submitting the inquiry form is a request, not a binding agreement, and nothing on the Site is an offer to contract or a published price. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and HexWerx.

When you submit the inquiry form, your message is routed through a third-party workflow service to a HexWerx-controlled destination (see the Privacy Policy). Your use of any linked third-party service is subject to that provider's own terms.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HexWerx, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profit, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Missouri have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, to the extent permitted by law.
