0x01Scope

This policy covers personal data we collect through hexwerx.com. It does not cover any separate engagement governed by a signed agreement, which carries its own data terms.

0x02What we collect

Information you submit through the Automation Value Audit inquiry form: your name, email address, organization (optional), and the message you write.
Basic technical data that our hosting and network providers log to operate and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, and request time. We do not use this to profile or track you across sites.

We do not collect health, financial, payment, or special-category data through this site, and the site is not directed to children.

0x03Cookies and tracking

This site uses no cookies and no third-party trackers. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, and no cross-site tracking. Fonts are served from our own servers. Because nothing non-essential is set, no cookie-consent banner is required.

0x04Why we process it, and our lawful basis

We process the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, assess whether an Automation Value Audit fits, and communicate with you about it. Under the GDPR our lawful bases are your consent (you choose to submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated and running our business. You may withdraw consent or object at any time (see Section 0x08).

0x05Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our instructions to run the site and route your inquiry:

Cloudflare - DNS, CDN, and TLS.
Hostinger - website hosting.
Media Werx Studio / QNS - form routing (via an n8n workflow) to a HexWerx-controlled destination.

We may also disclose data where required by law.

0x06International transfers

We are based in the United States, so if you contact us from the EU, EEA, or UK your data is transferred to and processed in the US. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses). [COUNSEL] Confirm transfer mechanism and any UK addendum for the provider chain.

0x07How long we keep it

We retain inquiry data for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete it, unless a longer period is required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.

0x08Your rights

If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK (GDPR): you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know, delete, and correct the personal information we hold, and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law, so there is nothing to opt out of; we honor a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" request regardless.

To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first.

0x09Security and breach notification

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including TLS in transit and access controls, to protect personal data. Where a personal-data breach is likely to result in a risk to your rights, and where the GDPR applies, we notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, and affected individuals where required.

0x0BChildren

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
